Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, reserve a specific time, or guarantee completion of a service. An appointment is confirmed only after What’z Nex accepts the request.

Tax Preparation Services

Tax services depend on the completeness and accuracy of information supplied by the client. Clients remain responsible for reviewing their returns and providing complete, accurate, and timely records.

Tax Tools and Checklist

The browser-based estimator and checklist are general educational tools. Results are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Mobile Notary Services

Notarial services are subject to applicable law, satisfactory identification, the signer’s presence and willingness, document eligibility, availability, travel arrangements, and other required conditions.

Availability and Service Area

Mobile-notary appointments may be requested at any time, but all dates, times, locations, travel arrangements, and same-day availability remain subject to confirmation.

Protecting Sensitive Information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax documents, account numbers, identification documents, or other sensitive records through the general appointment form.

Third-Party Websites

Links to the IRS, Better Business Bureau, and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. What’z Nex does not control third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

The website’s branding, text, layout, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to What’z Nex and may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
